What do you charge for shipping and handling?
Our minimum order total is $10 per order. Shipping and handling charge is based on the order total, weight, and the size of the shipment. Minimum shipping and handling is: $8.50 All Internet orders are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail.. For quicker shipments, please call us at: 800-367-7222 EXT 5320.

How soon will my order be delivered/when will it get there?
Once your order is shipped, it will arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.
International Orders
Sorry. We are not currently accepting orders outside the continental US.

Receipt of Purchase / Order Confirmation
After filling out and submitting your order, two things will happen: your order confirmation information will display on screen and the same information will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please take the opportunity to print off the order confirmation for future reference.
Your product will be shipped the same business day if the product is in stock and if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. (noon). The confirmation number that displays after completing an order is your record of your order. You must retain a copy of this number for your records. If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while in transit the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of purchaser.

Shipping and Handling Refunds
There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges unless Patrickaccessories.com has shipped the order incorrectly. Prior return authorization by Patrickaccessories.com is required.

Expected Shipment
Please note, expected shipment times are when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Patrickaccessories.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

Sales Tax
Patrickaccessories.com is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on every item we sell. Currently we are collecting MA state sales tax.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Purchasers may pay with Visa Card, Master Card and the American Express Card or by mailing a cashier check. At Patrickaccessories.com, export orders may be subject to special export payment terms and quotations. All payments must be made in United States Currency. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Returns
Equipment and or Parts that have been installed are not returnable. All products still in their original shipping container that have not been opened or installed may be returned, with authorization approvable from our parts department within 10 days from purchase date. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all parts and equipment returned with approval by our parts department. Shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations.

Final Sales
Final sales are clearly noted at the time of purchase. Final Sales are non-refundable. All painted products or custom components are considered final sales.

Incorrect Orders
If Patrickaccessories.com ships an order incorrectly, we will correct the mistake or refund your money. If the purchaser orders a product incorrectly from our web site it may be returned to Patrickaccessories.com under the following circumstances.

  1. As long as the product purchase has not been installed or damaged in any way.
  2. The purchase product is in its original shipping container and in saleable condition.
  3. All return items are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  4. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  5. Purchaser must pay shipping and handling charges of product back to Patrickaccessories.com prior to return.
  6. Purchaser gets an authorization approval code from Patrickaccessories.com.
    It is within 10 days from the date of original purchase. No exchanges or returns are allowed after 10 days unless prior authorization is provided.
